You may remember that the past MANY years there have always been A LOT of guests at our house for Thanksgiving
.Things got out of hand, with 40 people, 10 pies, 3 turkeys and 10 kilos of mashed potatoes...
There was a small rebellion in the kitchen last year.
This year we are on our own,
back in gringolandia,
and we are recovering from the stress and heavy load,
sort of being hermits in that way.
I cannot believe how easy it was to make a couple of pies and a turkey!
We hung around and watched TV.
