While at Tumaco, I met the folks who set up water purification in many areas of the world.
I was amazed how they take table salt, and using this gizmo and a car battery (electrolysis)
separate the chlorine from the salt water, (remember NaCl?) which is then used to purify water, or clean clothing and surfaces
I know there are needs everywhere,
like equal pay for equal work,
and rights to do all kinds of things--
but my fascination lies with providing clean water, and medical care for people.
