All year the children have taken turns giving presentations about different countries. The teacher encourages them to do a professional job. Michael chose Sweden and was surprised to find that his own grandfathers came from Sweden.
He showed the children a map, told them about "bandy" (hockey on ice using a ball) and talked a little about the Vikings.
The children smelled spices used in Swedish cooking (cardamom, cloves and nutmeg)
And they tasted Swedish Meatballs and Chocolate Balls (made by me)
He did a good job!
